Cape Town – Former president Jacob Zuma is set to appear as a private prosecutor in the South Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg on Tuesday.
His appearance aims to keep his private prosecution case against President Cyril Ramaphosa active.
Zuma alleges that Ramaphosa was an accessory after the fact in a complaint about Prosecutor Billy Downer leaking Zuma’s medical records during his corruption trial.
