Cape Town – The leader of uMkhonto weSizwe (MK) party, Jacob Zuma, has announced that a case against the Electoral Commission of South Africa (IEC) is coming.
This announcement comes despite the party’s recent temporary withdrawal of their court case alleging vote rigging in the 29 May elections.

Speaking at the Shembe Church headquarters over the weekend, Zuma claimed the party has substantial evidence of electoral fraud.
He assured supporters that the case will proceed once their lawyers have documented the evidence, which he described as being extensive.
“Another reason we are temporarily retracting the case is the overwhelming amount of evidence we have gathered. It amounts to an elephant. Our lawyers need time to document all of it.
President Zuma says,
MK Party briefly withdrew the case because the rigging evidence that was discovered is huge & required time for the lawyers to document it.
Others wanted the case to be concluded quickly to prevent the truth from being exposed.

“While some are pushing for the case to end to conceal these truths, I assure you that the case is still coming. There is no place where they did not commit fraud, and we now have the evidence to prove it,” Zuma said.
