Cape Town – Julius Malema was on Saturday re-elected unopposed as president of the EFF for a third term, while Godrich Gardee secured the deputy president position at the party’s National People’s Assembly (NPA).
Although Esther Molepo attempted to contest the deputy presidency, she failed to meet the nomination threshold.
Reports suggest Mbuyiseni Ndlozi was considered a potential challenger but did not run due to a fallout with Malema.
