Hlophe, recently impeached for gross misconduct related to a 2008 incident involving the Constitutional Court and the Scorpions’ investigation into Zuma, becomes the first judge since democracy to be impeached, IOL reported.
The party document, signed by Secretary-General Arthur Zwane, highlights the centralisation of key responsibilities and financial management to ensure stability and effective resource management for future local government elections.
Zwane emphasized the urgent need to establish administrative and financial operations due to Parliament’s stipulation that fund allocation depends on the party’s representation, EWN reported.
Key roles and responsibilities, including managing these funds and resources, have been centralised to the party’s head office.
