Cape Town – Zulu King Misuzulu kaZwelithini has implored his subjects to temporarily set aside discussions regarding the replacement of the Zulu Prime Minister.
Misuzulu said this while addressing a large gathering of his subjects during the Umkhosi Welembe commemoration in kwaDukuza on a Saturday.
The event, which marked the king’s birthday, saw dignitaries, including acting KZN premier Nomagugu Zulu and Dr Zweli Mkhize in attendance.

“I know some of you are aching to know when we are getting a prime minister. I am saying let us not get there for now. We are still mourning the passing of Umntwana (Mangosuthu Buthelezi),” the report quoted the king as saying.
Buthelezi was buried last Saturday after he passed away at the age of 95.
He died just days after being discharged from the hospital.
