Cape Town – Three suspects, aged between 30 and 40, are set to appear in court on Friday for attempted murder charges after allegedly stabbing 53-year-old Marc Hanscombe, the owner of Hanscombe Resort in Orkney, North West, on December 16.

Despite two warnings from staff, the suspects became aggressive, leading to Hanscombe being called to address the issue.
A viral video shows Hanscombe struggling with a patron over the device before being stabbed in the back and punched by others.

Hanscombe was hospitalised, placed in ICU, and has since recovered.
Authorities continue to investigate.
