Cape Town – DA leader and agriculture minister John Steenhuisen has re-enrolled at Unisa to complete his studies, praising the university’s “inspirational” management.
Originally enrolled in 1994 for a BA in politics and law, Steenhuisen had to leave due to financial and work pressures.
Now, with support from Unisa’s flexible study options, he plans to focus on management, public policy, governance, and change management.

During his visit to the Pretoria campus, Steenhuisen praised Unisa’s contributions to agriculture and engaged in discussions about how universities can collaborate with public and private sectors to boost agricultural benefits.
