Cape Town – The host of the anti-drug show “Sizokuthola“, Xolani Khumalo, has reportedly surrendered to the Katlehong North police station in connection with the mysterious death of a suspected drug dealer named Robert “Kicks” Varrie during an interrogation by Khumalo and his crew in July.
Khumalo is set to appear in the Palm Ridge Magistrates’ Court, facing murder charges, City Press reported.
A video posted on the troubled presenter’s TikTok page depicts him making his way toward the police station.

The incident occurred when Khumalo and his team, accompanied by Gauteng Patrollers, raided Varrie’s house in Katlehong based on a tip-off, leading to an interrogation that resulted in Varrie’s death.

The case was initially opened as a murder investigation by the Gauteng police, and Khumalo has now turned himself in as the investigation progresses, the report said.
