Cape Town – A “reckless” driver who was captured while driving his Range Rover with his feet on Moloto Road in Pretoria last year was due to appear in court on Friday.
IOL reported that the Road Traffic Management Corporation’s spokesperson, Simon Zwane, said that the man was due to appear on a charge of reckless and negligent driving at the Cullinan Magistrate’s Court.

The video was uploaded to Facebook almost a year ago and spread rapidly across social media.
It shows a driver in a red SUV with Gauteng number plates climbing on the vehicle’s roof while the automobile is still moving along in the streets with other motorists around.
The motorist appears to steer the vehicle using his feet and arms, swerving wildly across the road. The person then climbs back into the cabin as a truck approaches from the oncoming lane.
After the truck passes, the driver climbs out of the window once more, seemingly blowing kisses as though he is entertaining the cars around him.
