Cape Town – A truck carrying soft drinks was overturned and looted in Johannesburg on Tuesday.
In a video posted on Twitter by anti-crime activist Yusuf Abramjee, people can be seen getting out of their cars and looting the truck’s cargo within minutes, while security officers stand by and do nothing.

In a separate incident, TrafficSA reported that a fuel tanker overturned in Kroonstad, Free State on the same day.
In a picture shared on Twitter, residents in the area can be seen helping themselves to the fuel with buckets.
