Cape Town — Former Cape Town human settlements MMC, Malusi Booi, was granted bail of R250 000 when he appeared in the Cape Town Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday.
Booi was arrested last week after he was accused of using his influence and abusing his power to ensure that he obtained tenders worth R1 billion, alongside alleged 28s gang boss Ralph Stanfield, IOL reported.
