Kelly is facing public scrutiny amid fresh allegations in the Meyiwa murder trial.
Advocate Malesela Teffo, the defence lawyer for four of the accused men, dropped a bombshell in the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria last week, saying that an eyewitness was set to testify that Kelly shot Senzo by mistake, News24 reported.
Teffo further said that the eyewitness will reveal that the gun that shot Senzo was a revolver that belonged to Longwe Twala, the son of musician Chicco Twala. Longwe was also dating Zandie at the time.

Senzo was gunned down at Kelly’s home in Vosloorus, Gauteng on the evening of October 26, 2014.
The murder stunned the nation.
Six years later, in 2020, Muzikawukhulelwa S’Tembu Sibiya, Bongani Sandiso Ntanzi, Mthobisi Prince Mncube, Mthokoziseni Ziphozonke Maphisa, and Fisokuhle Ntuli were arrested.
The men were charged with murder, attempted murder, armed robbery, and illegal possession of firearms and ammunition.
All of them pleaded not guilty to the murder of Meyiwa.
The trial will continue on Monday.
