Cape Town – South African television presenterBonang Matheba was told to leave politics alone and “mind her makeup” after she expressed her views on the Phala Phala farm scandal.
The media personality joined politicians who have called for president Cyril Ramaphosa to step down after an independent panel found that he may have committed a serious violation of the law and serious misconduct in terms of the constitution.
Bonang took to Twitter to advise the president to “resign”.
However, tweeps thought politics was above Bonang’s pay grade and advised her to rather focus on her makeup.
Resign.

They took to the comments section, pulling out images of Bonang supporting the president, with some claiming that she had done ANC gigs in the past.
Some questioned why she never expressed her opinion on former president Jacob Zuma.
Meanwhile, presidential spokesperson, Vincent Magwenya said on Thursday that Ramaphosa “is looking at a number of options and… consulting with a number of role players” in the African National Congress (ANC).
He said all options were on the table and an announcement from Ramaphosa was “imminent”, without adding when exactly it would be made.

She’s a citizen of this country and deserves to throw in her word. You should have not commented on her tweet if you felt otherwise.
