Lebowakgomo – Police in Lebowakgomo are investigating the case of a missing one-year-old toddler, Motheo Rashilo, from Malatane village in Ga-Seloane, outside Lebowakgomo.
According to Police spokesperson, Sergeant Monatse Mamabolo, The girl was last seen on Friday.
“The girl was allegedly last seen on Friday, 28 October 2022 at about 09:00 in Malatane by her mother who, according to the reports, dropped her off at her friend’s mother’s place for them to take care of her as she departed to Lebowakgomo,” Mamabolo said.

“Later during the same day when the girl’s mother called to inform the babysitter that she is about to return from Lebowakgomo, she was informed that her child is nowhere to be found. She reported the matter to the police,” he added.
He added that after the case was opened, preliminary investigations revealed that the child was taken by an unknown person.
She was reportedly last seen wearing white and yellow short trousers, pink shoes, Pink T-shirt with a grey jersey.
Police urged anyone with information to contact Crime Stop on 08600 10111 or visit the nearest police station. The public can also use the MySAPSApp to submit tip-offs anonymously.
