Cape Town – Thabo Bester, known as the “Facebook rapist,” and his accomplice, Nandipha Magudumana, are set to return to the Free State High Court to discuss his legal representation.
Bester, Magudumana, her father, and seven others are on trial for orchestrating an escape from Mangaung Correctional Centre over two years ago.
The murderer and rapist Thabo Bester is due back in the Bloemfontein High Court today.
The court will hear if Bester has managed to secure legal representation or not.

In his previous court appearance, Bester, who is now self-represented after his lawyers recused themselves, complained about his treatment at the Kgosi Mampuru C-Max prison.
He argued that his harsh conditions were inhumane and hindered his ability to defend himself.
