Cape Town – Police are reportedly investigating a case of housebreaking after one suspect was shot and wounded at reality TV star and South African millionaire, Shauwn “MaMkhize” Mkhize’s La Lucia home.
Reports alleged that two other suspects managed to get away.
According to police spokesperson, Colonel Robert Netshiunda three robbers were involved in the incident believed to have occurred on Saturday afternoon, reported TimesLIVE.
Netshiunda said security guards wounded one in the leg and the others managed to escape empty-handed.
The incident occurred on the northern part of the house, the report said.
“There is a northern part and a southern part. The woman lives in the northern part and the man in the southern part because they are going through a divorce. It is in the southern part where the man lives where the robbers tried to strike.”

He added that a firearm was found at the scene and police are investigating a case of housebreaking.
“Police in Durban North are investigating a case of housebreaking following an incident where three suspects allegedly gained access into a house in La Lucia,” Netshiunda was quoted saying in the report.
