Cape Town – Biokineticist Riana Pretorius, 26, who was allegedly kidnapped outside a medical practice in the Eastern Cape last week, has reportedly been found unharmed.
Reports said that she was found in the early hours of Friday.
Pretorius was kidnapped by three men who allegedly forced her into a white Toyota Corolla which was later dumped in Deal Party where the police arrested the first suspect.
The Hawks confirmed that a R2 million ransom demand was later made for her safe return.
Pretorius was allegedly dropped off at a garage in Struandale after a week of negotiations with the alleged kidnappers, reported the HeraldLIVE.

According to a family friend, she was returned home around 02:00 with a few bruises, the report said.
The report said the suspect arrested in connection with the kidnapping, Xolisile Rawutini, 40, will appear on Friday on charges of illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition.
Although the Hawks didn’t share much information on the incident, Hawks spokesperson Captain Yolisa Mgolodela confirmed that Pretorius was found unharmed, reported TimesLIVE.
“The only thing I can confirm to you is that she is safe and sound. I don’t have finer details at the moment,” the report quoted Mgolodela as saying.
More details would be shared at a later stage, she said.
