Cape Town – Seven suspects have reportedly been arrested in connection with the murder of retired journalist and editor Jeremy Gordin.
Gordin was killed at his home in Parkview, Johannesburg during a robbery last month.
According to police spokesperson Colonel Dimakatso Nevhuhulwi, the suspects are aged between 33 and 42, reported TimesLIVE.
“The first was arrested on April 12 while driving the deceased’s motor vehicle in Auckland Park. Further investigations led to the arrest of six more suspects later that day,” the report quoted Nevhuhulwi as saying.
Suspects will be charged with murder, house robbery, possession of suspected stolen property and possession of an unlicensed firearm, reported News24.
