Since the ruling, the court heard the confession statements for the first time since Judge Mokgoathleng brought them into evidence.
The Pretoria High Court heard the confession statements by 2 of the accused in the #SenzoMeyiwaTrial, which implicate Kelly Khumalo as the mastermind behind Meyiwa’s murder. Melusi Xulu says the State must decide whether to arrest Khumalo or not.

Upon arriving the hostel, he said he was given R15 000 and the next day, Mncube gave him another R30 000.
Sibiya said he also received a call from Mncube who told him that there was a job to kill Meyiwa for R100 000. Sibiya said Khumalo had called Mncube to find out fi they were still coming.
