Cape Town – Police are reportedly investigating a murder case in which a teenager was found dumped in a bin on Olga Street in Manenberg on Sunday.
According to News24, the body of the 19-year-old woman was discovered in the early hours of the morning.
It remained unknown as to how the murder occurred, but Police Spokesperson Sergeant Wesley Twigg said Manenberg police were called onto the crime scene where they found the victim in the bin.
“The victim was declared deceased on the scene by medical personnel,” the report quoted Twigg as saying.

Meanwhile, Soweto is reeling in shock after a body of a 13-year-old was found hanging from a tree last Wednesday after she was last seen with her boyfriend.
According to The Citizen the disturbing discovery was made by community members, who then reported the matter to the police.
Gauteng police said investigations into the incident were under way.
