Brakpan — Two women, aged 36 and 43, were arrested in Brakpan on Friday, 03 January 2025, in connection with a business robbery, marking a swift and successful intervention by the South African Police Service (SAPS).
According to police spokesperson Constable Audrey Buthelezi, the arrest followed a tip-off about an imminent robbery, prompting a quick response from SAPS officers.
Upon reaching the scene, police encountered a group of witnesses who provided vital information, leading to the rapid identification and apprehension of the suspects.

Both suspects will appear before the Magistrate court soon.
