KwaZulu-Natal – Two taxis collided in KwaDukuza, KwaZulu-Natal, leaving 17 people injured.
Four other passengers were stabilised on the scene after sustaining “serious injuries”.
IPSS Medical Rescue paramedics responded to reports of a motor vehicle accident and were assisted by the Kwadukuza Fire Department and Road Traffic Information (RTI).
According to IPSS, the hurt passengers were taken to various medical facilities for further care.
“Four passengers had sustained serious injuries and were stabilised on scene by IPSS Medical Advanced Life Support paramedics before being transported to a nearby facility for further care.
“A further nine patients were transported by IPSS Medical to various facilities for further care.”
