Cape Town – At least eight people died in a tragic crash between a truck and a bus on the N8 near Botshabelo, Free State, on Thursday morning.
Reports said that both drivers died in the horrendous accident.
According to Free State roads and transport spokesperson, Hillary Mophethe, the truck driver was allegedly overtaking the bus when he noticed an oncoming vehicle, reported TimesLIVE.

Three people were critically injured, 19 moderately injured while 32 sustained minor injures, SABC News reported.
Mophethe said the injured were taken to hospitals in Botshabelo.
The road was closed for a few hours, as emergency service personnel were awaited jaws of life to retrieve trapped bodies.
