Cape Town – After he was allegedly caught having sexual relations with an 18-year-old learner who attends the school he works at, Deputy Principal at Kgagatlou Secondary School in Ga-Mphahlele was beaten to a pulp by angered community members.
In a graphic video that has garnered over 250 000 views on Twitter, the deputy principal can be seen bloody and naked, with his hands tied behind his back.
Capricorn FM reported that the educator was alleged to have had sexual relations with another student at the same school in the past, but no action was taken against him despite the matter being reported.
According to Kaya959, the Limpopo Department of Education said in a statement that it was aware of the clip.
“The Limpopo Department of Education is aware of the video clip of the Deputy Principal of Kgagatlou Secondary School that is making rounds on social media.
“The educator… is accused of having a sexual relationship with a learner at the school where he works,” The Limpopo Department of Education reportedly said in a statement.
