Cape Town – Godfrey Maboi (49) and Paulinah Mogale (44) exchanged vows in a wedding ceremony at Far East Rand Hospital after Maboi’s hospitalisation due to a car accident postponed their scheduled wedding day.
The couple, with a 28-year love story, had gotten engaged in December 2022, and despite the setback, the hospital management facilitated the wedding ceremony within the ward where Maboi was receiving care, The Citizen reported.
With their pastor present, the couple tied the knot, expressing gratitude to the hospital for making their big day possible.
