Cape Town – Seven suspects, including high-ranking officials and a former member of Parliament, were arrested on Wednesday morning by the Hawks’ Serious Commercial Crime Investigation unit in Gauteng for alleged corruption.
The suspects voluntarily surrendered to authorities and are currently undergoing processing.
They are expected to appear in the Palm Ridge Specialised Commercial Crimes Court following their processing.
