Cape Town – The body of a 3-year-old girl, who was last seen on April 2 playing with other children in a neighbour’s back yard, was reportedly found in bushes near Mamphokgo village in Limpopo.
According to News24, police made the gruesome discovery of the child’s tiny body following an intensive search operation, that involved community members, the K9 Unit and Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences (FCS) Unit.

The motive behind the murder remained unknown, the report said.
EWN reported that a case of murder had since been opened and investigations were still under way.
Police have appealed to the public for information that could lead to arrests, the report said.
