Cape Town – A 17-year-old girl from Kei Mouth in the Eastern Cape reportedly stabbed a police officer after he allegedly raped her inside a police station on Monday, August 8.
According to News24, the 45-year-old police officer went to the girl’s house to discuss a case she had filed against her boyfriend.
He drove her to the police station.
While on their way, the officer expressed his desire to have a relationship with the girl, but she declined.
When the officer arrived at the police station, he took the girl to his office and raped her.
During the ordeal, the girl bit the officer and stabbed him in the arm with a broken bottle while crying.
She then grabbed his phone and threw it against the wall before stepping on it in rage.

The girl escaped while the officer was inspecting his broken phone.
She rushed to the charge office and informed other officers about the incident.
A rape case was immediately opened.
The incident was reported to the South African Police Watchdog, the Independent Police Investigative Directorate (IPID), The South African reported.
The victim was scheduled for counseling.
According to the report, the detective had not been arrested as of August 17.
Investigations were still ongoing.
