Pretoria — Former Deputy Relations Minister, Luwellyn Landers, had passed away.
Landers served as Deputy Relations Minister from 2014 to 2019, and he was first elected to the Parliament in 1994. He served on multip;e Parlimentary committees, eNCA said.
Minister of International Relations and Cooperation of South Africa, Naledi Pandor, offered her condolences to Landers’ family and friends. She said he served parliament with diligence
“On behalf of Mr. Landers’ former collegaues in Parliament, the staff at DIRCO and the diplomatic community at large, I offer my condolences to the famil;y, friends and comrades of Mr Landers. Mr Landers experience as a law-maker and a leader in the public service will be sorely missed,” she concluded.
