Cape Town – Three people from a local driving school were killed in a head-on collision crash on the N2 in KwaZulu-Natal on Monday morning.
IPSS Medical said the accident occurred near Bridge 10 on the N2.
“On arrival, medics found a horrific scene with additional resources immediately being activated. The three occupants of the SUV were lucky to escape with minor injuries.
“Sadly three occupants in the second vehicle, a local driving school, were all declared on scene by IPSS Medical,” said IPSS Medical Rescue in a statement.
According to IOL, the driving school instructor and two students were en-route to the Eshowe testing grounds.
The report said the N2 southbound highway was closed for clean-up operations.
Emergency teams extended their condolences to the families of the deceased, the report said.
