Cape Town – Four bodies have reportedly been recovered from the Hennops River in Centurion, Tshwane, and police suspect two may be linked to the mysterious disappearance of three South African Police Service (SAPS) constables — Boipelo Senoge (20), Cebekhulu Linda (24), and Keamogetswe Buys (30).
The trio went missing last week while traveling from Bloemfontein to Limpopo in a Volkswagen Polo, which is still missing.
According to IOL, Deputy Police Commissioner Shadrack Sibiya confirmed that two of the bodies are unrelated and investigations are ongoing to identify all remains.
“As you can see, we have an intense search and rescue. We had two helicopters flying yesterday when we found some bodies. I can tell you now, when we talk about bodies, it does not necessarily mean those of the (SAPS) members.

“Some golfers stopped us as we were flying, they waved so that we can know, and they told us of a body of a white person that is there. We will also investigate that part of the body. It can be anything,” the report quoted Sibiya as saying.
The last known location of the officers was an Engen fuel station along the N1 in Gauteng, after which their vehicle tracker and phones were switched off. The SAPS continues to search for the missing vehicle and further evidence.
