Cape Town – Police in Gauteng have confirmed that convicted drug dealer Glenn Agliotti has died.
Agliotti died at a Johannesburg hospital Friday night.
Police said an inquest docket has been opened at the Douglasdale police station.

The cause of death remains unknown.
However, a post-mortem will be conducted to determine the circumstances surrounding his death.
