Cape Town – A multi-vehicle crash involving 13 cars on the N2 South Coast near uMzinto, KwaZulu-Natal, reportedly injured 19 people on Saturday.
According to The Witness, the collision was caused by smoke from a grass fire, which reduced visibility on the road.
The Citizen reported that the KZN Private Ambulance Service responded to the incident.

When the paramedics arrived, they discovered 19 patients with injuries ranging from serious to minor.
The patients were treated at the scene.
Those with serious injuries were taken to a nearby hospital for further medical attention, said the report.
