Cape Town – Gqeberha businessman Kelvin Naidoo, director of Auto X and vice-president of the Nelson Mandela Bay Business Chamber, was reportedly rescued unharmed by a Hawks task team early on Thursday morning.
According to Herald Live, Naidoo was abducted for ransom around 6am last Friday while outside Auto X on Lindsay Street, where he serves as the technical director.

The police reported that Naidoo was ambushed by suspects in a hijacked Nissan bakkie and forced into their vehicle.
The Hawks took over the investigation after a ransom demand was made, The Citizen reported.
