Cape Town – South African controversial poet Ntsiki Mazwai has taken to social media to ask black women why they aspire to be fake, sparking conversation about “looks, hair and skin bleaching”.
“Dear black woman. Why is your aspiration to be fake? To look like ANYTHING but yourself?? What’s wrong?,” tweeted Ntsiki.

Her followers responded to her tweet, with many agreeing with her.
