Cape Town – South African award-winning actress Jessica Nkosi is taking a break from productions, involving herself in family life while also concentrating on cultivating her personal brand.
Following the arrival of her second child in 2023 with her husband, Ntokozo ‘TK’ Dlamini, Nkosi hints at a potential return to the screen next year. Despite her absence from production sets due to her expanding family, Nkosi shared with IOL Entertainment that her comeback isn’t near, playfully suggesting, “Maybe next year.”
Nkosi explained that her primary focus this year lies in making her personal brand, a commitment that is making noticeable results, as she is also the ambassador of Volvo also side with Thapelo Mokoena.

Bayer South Africa Consumer Health division recently named her an ambassador for the Bepanthen® Derma line of products, which is specifically crafted for dry and sensitive skin.
“For every brand that I work with I’m an ambassador of. I don’t do monthly partnerships, I look for longevity, I sign long contracts,” Nkosi clarified to IOL.
Furthermore, in her conversation with IOL Entertainment, Nkosi affirmed her intention to pursue diverse acting roles, steering away from familiar character types. “I want something different, a hobo, a lesbian. I want to push myself acting wise,” she expressed.
