Cape Town – Jamie Bartlett’s partner Rosa Onious is not coping well after spending her late partner’s birthday on her own for the first time in their four-year relationship.
The legendary actor passed on May 23 after suffering a cardiac arrest.
He would have been 56 years old on July 9.
Rosa took to Instagram and detailed how they spent his last birthday, coupled with a video of the two in happier times.
“It is your birthday today my love. With heavy hearts we celebrate you today. Last year we spent your birthday with the kids during the day then we had a party for 2 later that evening, Just the 2 of us. It was so beautiful I remember it like it was yesterday,” she wrote

She also shared the plans they had made to celebrate his birthdays this year with “close friends and family”. “We made a guest list but we were indecisive about what to cook. Little did I know that it would be a painful one,” she said.
Rosa, who has been open about how she’s struggling to cope without Jamie, said life was just not the same without her loving Jamie.
“I miss your laugh the most, those multiple kisses at once, the way you held my hand with our fingers in between each other’s. You made me feel the power of your love by just that. I miss talking to you… I could go on and on, It just doesn’t feel right without you here,” read the emotional note.
