Cape Town – Love Island South Africa season 1 winner, Thimna Shooto has dismissed rumours of her being back together with her ex-boyfriend, Libhongolethu “Libho” Gheza.
The came following Libho’s sit-down with Thobi Rose on Defining where he spoke about the last time he met with Thimna.
However, Thimna took to her Twitter page to explain her side of the story, claiming she that had only been with her ex one morning because he offered to take her to her interview.
She made it known that she had no intentions of mending things with her former lover due to their incompatibility.
Saw me that morning b/c he offered to take me to go shoot my epi. I’ve never been in a secret r/ship nor have I ever lied abt the break up. We’re not compatible as lovers. Therapy helped me a lot with seeing the shortcomings of myself & others and that’s why we remain friends https://t.co/Kdum2HY19b

“We will never get back together. Like he said, he’s built for the streets and I’m built for commitment,” she posted.
Earlier this year, the former Love Island South Africa winners announced their break up after a year of dating.
They took to their respective social media platforms to announce that after giving it their all, they had decided to part ways, amicably.
And no we will never get back together. Like he said he’s built for the streets and I’m built for commitment

“Libho and I have decided to break up. We thank each and every one of you who have supported and loved us. The past year has been amazing. Our relationship was beautiful and I wouldn’t change a thing about it,” wrote Thimna on her Instagram story.
Meanwhile, Libho also wrote: “Thimna and I have decided to break up. It’s been an amazing journey and I find comfort in that we gave it a full go and held nothing back. I’ve learnt so much about relationships and myself. I will cherish our time together forever,” said.
