Cape Town – South African rapper AKA, real name Kiernan Jarryd Forbes reportedly got robbed of his sneakers in Malawi over the weekend.
According to The South African, AKA was performing at the Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences (MUBAS) in Blantyre.
The incident happened while AKA was crowd surfing.

In the video that is making rounds on social media, AKA can be heard saying: “Hold on, don’t take my shoes, don’t take my shoes, don’t take my shoes”.
The rapper was left with no option but to walk with socks.
