Cape Town – A woman reportedly sustained critical injuries after she allegedly tried to commit suicide by jumping from the sixth floor of an apartment building on the Durban beachfront on Saturday morning.
Reports indicated that she was in a stable condition.
A video of the woman hanging from the apartment building circulated on social media over the weekend.
The woman could be seen hanging from an elevated window of the apartment building, with people pleading with her not to jump.
She then jumped off the window and hit the entrance shelter on ground level before hitting the ground.
