Cape Town – Police reportedly arrested a 34-year-old man after a 13-year-old teenage boy found the lifeless body of a neighbour in his bed at his home in Wakkerstroom, Mpumalanga.
The incident happened on Monday.
According to police spokesperson Brigadier Selvy Mohlala the woman was a SAPS administrative clerk aged 43 and was known to the boy, as a neighbour, reported News24.
Soon after the horrific discovery, the boy “informed an adult who immediately reported the matter to the police, as well as emergency medical personnel”.

The woman was declared dead on the scene, said Mohlala.
Police arrested the 34-year-old man after it became clear that he was the last person seen with the woman at the house where her body was found.
The suspect was charged with murder and was expected appear at the Wakkerstroom Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.
