Mamelodi Sundowns are closing in on a swap deal with SuperSport United for goalkeeper Ronwen Williams with Downs keeper Ricardo Goss moving the other way, according to reports.
The Bafana Bafana captain talked up a move to the Brazilians after watching his Matsatsantsa get dismantled over the past few seasons with Aubrey Modiba, Teboho Mokoena and Sipho Mbule all leaving for Chloorkop over the past year.
Now, according to SoccerLaduma, Williams looks set to join his former teammates at Chloorkop later this week.
It is believed that the Brazilians have submitted a player-plus-cash offer to SuperSport with Downs keeper Goss heading to their Tshwane Rivals as a part of the deal.

With the club kicking off pre-season on Thursday, they are aiming to complete a deal to welcome Williams before they get started.
There is serious competition for places in goal for Sundowns with Denis Onyango, Kennedy Mweene and Reyaad Pieterse all in the squad already which had Goss struggling for game time last season.
Williams, however, has shown his class over the past few seasons as he has been elevated to national team captain and is expected to come in as the new No 1 at the club.
Orlando Pirates have also reportedly shown interest, but Williams rather looks set for a move to the defending champions.
