Cape Town – KwaZulu-Natal Premier Sihle Zikalala has come under fire after a video of him drinking water from a newly installed water tap during his recent campaign in the Harry Gwala District went viral on social media.
In the video, Zikalala can be seen opening the tap and drinking water from a glass while locals are watching. Cheering, clapping, and ululating can also be heard in the background.
