Cape Town – Springbok captain Siya Kolisi reportedly gifted his father, Fezakele Kolisi, a new seaside home in Gqeberha.
In an interview with Sport Collector on Instagram, Fezakele revealed that his son Siya, purchased the house for him last year. The house is situated in Bluewater Bay near sea.
“He bought me a house last year in March in Bluewater Bay, next to the sea,” he said.
During the interview, Siya’s father expressed disbelief at the recent World Cup victory, saying that it’s still sinking in, especially as it marks a back-to-back win.
“It’s still new to me. It’s even worse that it’s a back-to-back victory. I was happy with the first World Cup. I will never forget it. Siya is happy and the family is happy with him. We don’t meet [often, but], he [Siya] comes back [home] maybe every six months,” he said.
Siya recently joined the French club Racing 92 after triumphing at the Webb Ellis Cup in Paris. He secured a three-year contract with the team, as reported by The Citizen.
