Cape Town – Renowned female DJ Uncle Waffles, who is currently living it up in the US, has described her time there as a “true Hollywood dream”.
The social media sensation, whose real name is Lungelihle Zwane, is super proud after having all her US shows fully booked.
The DJ took to her Instagram to express her gratitude on the success of her shows.

Uncle Waffles’s recent performance received a thumbs-up from, American singer, Omarion who was at one of her recent gigs and had a “blast”.
“You something special. Congratulations. I had a blast,” he wrote.
Waffles is very new to the celebrity scene, having only recently learned to DJ during the Covid-19 pandemic.
A video of her performing on the decks went viral a few months ago.
She has since become one of Mzansi’s favorite DJs, with her career skyrocketing from performing in the country to performing internationally.
In August she landed a gig on the biggest radio station in the UK, joining the BBC Radio 1 residency line-up for three months.
