Manamela reportedly killed Vafentse Nyeufane in Atteridgeville on June 10, 2018.
According to IOL, Nyeufane was helping a neighbour with errands when he was ambushed by Manamela.

The suspect was reportedly arrested three days later in Atteridgeville and has been kept in custody, the report said.
During the court proceedings, the deceased’s older brother testified that Manamela had allegedly assaulted the deceased on different occasions over a period of seven months, said a report by The South African.
The brother said they tried to intervene to resolve the issue and Manamela vowed to make peace but ended up killing him, the report said.
