Nairobi – Kenyan President William Ruto on Sunday announced a summit between the leaders of Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo over the crisis in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo within the next two days.
Ruto thanked DRC’s Etienne Tshisekedi and Rwanda’s Paul Kagame for agreeing to attend the “extraordinary EAC (East African Community) Summit within the next 48 hours”.
