Cape Town – A patron, who recently set social media abuzz after reportedly spending over R1.3 million on costly booze and food at a Pretoria restaurant, has been identified as Zimbabwean pastor, Panganai Java, also known as Passion Java.
A stunned Facebook user recently shared a photo of a receipt revealing that R1 374 945 was largely spent on beverages at 012 Lifestyle Brooklyn, which is located in Brooklyn Mall in Pretoria.
The user further said that the massive sum was spent in less than six hours and that the tip was no less than R100 000.
According to The Citizen, the patron has since been identified as Panganai Java.
Java is a prophet and CEO of Kingdom Embassy Church in Zimbabwe.
He’s also a founder of the music label Passion Java Records.

The 34-year-old Java started his prophetic journey in the fourth grade, The South African reported. That was when he prophesied his own father’s death.
He is famously known for prophesying and predicting phone numbers and ID numbers of audience members in services.
He also owns tailored suits, designer watches, luxury clothes, and sports cars.
Recently he took to his Instagram page to declare that he would donate $5 million (R77.8 million) to the less privileged.
“This year I have set aside a budget of US$5 million towards helping the less privileged, widows and orphans in Zimbabwe. I will also be assisting entrepreneurs with business loans from this fund, beginning February 2022. My life is dedicated to being a blessing to my nation. I am investing in making Vision 2030 a reality,” Java wrote in an Instagram post.
