Cape Town – Eskom has said that it will suspend load shedding from 21:00 on Sunday.
The power utility announced stage 2 power cuts on Saturday, saying it was due to generation units failing at Kusile, Medupi, and Arnot power stations.
But on Sunday it said that emergency generation reserves had adequately recovered.
“Eskom is pleased to inform the public that load shedding will be suspended from 21:00 tonight, as the emergency reserves have adequately recovered.
