Cape Town – A Cape Town man has won R21 million in the national lottery and has expressed his intentions to use the winnings to start his own emergency healthcare services business, invest in property, and donate to various charities.
The lottery operator, Ithuba, commended his generosity and described it as reflecting the spirit of ubuntu.
